On the course Team Development Using the MBTI® Assessment, you will learn how to contract for, design, deliver, and evaluate in-person and virtual team development workshops using the MBTI® Step I™ assessment – including how to help teams address a variety of issues, improve team effectiveness, and appreciate differences. After the workshop, you’ll be able to create your own tailored team development sessions, choosing effective activities and approaches to meet the needs of the team you’re working with.
The course is practical and provides you with models, activities, and resoursces to facilitate impactful team development sessions.

You’ll also learn how to guide teams through action planning for ongoing growth and use diverse methods to evaluate the effectiveness of your interventions.
Through hands-on activities, group discussions, and practical resources, you’ll build the confidence to address common challenges that impact team performance and cohesion. The workshop covers applications such as enhancing communication, managing change, resolving conflicts, and tackling problem-solving. Additionally, you will explore essential models of team dynamics and receive a copy of Introduction to Myers-Briggs® Type and Teams for your professional reference.
