Cognitive Training at Work

Train your brain and strengthen the relations with your colleagues

Our brains remain adaptable throughout life – a quality known as neuroplasticity. The more we engage in cognitive training, the more our brains continue to develop. Through a series of practical group exercises, cognitive training helps the brain form new neural pathways over time. This not only improves our relationships and collaboration with colleagues but also enables us to develop a more agile mind, making it easier to handle challenges at work.

What can you use cognitive training for?

  • Maintaining focus
  • Improving working memory
  • Enhancing collaboration
  • Building awareness of your own behaviour in team situations

Challenge yourself – and your brain

These exercises are designed to deliberately overload your brain, requiring you to stay present and concentrated in order to succeed. Difficulty increases gradually, ensuring your memory, coordination, motor skills, and balance are continuously challenged.

All exercises take place in groups and are specifically aimed at strengthening your working memory, which is a key factor in your overall learning ability. You will also practise maintaining attention and presence – skills that are essential for staying on task despite distractions or for remaining focused and engaged throughout an entire meeting.

Brain breaks for better teamwork

We see excellent results from using brain training to help employees work better together. By carrying out these exercises in teams, participants become more aware of their own and each other’s behaviour in collaborative situations. To solve the tasks, you must reflect on your own role and reaction – and most people, consciously or not, bring these learnings into future workplace scenarios.

Because the exercises place healthy demands on your mind, the cognitive training can also serve as an effective brain break – a refreshing pause from daily work. Completing the activities requires your full attention, allowing you to temporarily step away from work-related thoughts, have fun, and share a laugh with your colleagues.

A typical cognitive training programme runs over 12 weeks, with one session per week. However, we can customise the training to suit the needs of your organisation and employees’ everyday routines.
