Learn to facilitate with MBTI®
Through your JTI certification, you have already gained knowledge of typology and an understanding of how our type shapes us in a wide range of contexts. The conversion course certifies you in MBTI® Step I. As an MBTI-certified practitioner, you are qualified to provide both individual and group feedback, and you can facilitate MBTI-workshops. In addition, you can conduct individual and team sessions tailored to your own focus areas.
Course structure

On the JTI to MBTI® conversion course, you will learn about the structure, potential, and diverse applications of the MBTI tool.
Module 1
4–6 hours of online training in English.
Module 2
4–6 hours of online training in English.
Module 3
Face-to-face training, where we explore the tools introduced in the online modules in greater depth.
