MBTI and AI Adoption:
Helping different personalities embrace new ways of working
AI is transforming the way we work, however not everyone will experience that transformation in the same way. Drawing on MBTI®, this workshop will explore how different personality types are likely to approach the use of AI, what drives enthusiasm or hesitation, and how readiness to adopt AI varies across individuals, teams and organisations.
During the session, we will also explore practical ways you can support your leaders and teams to adopt AI in a way that is aligned with both individual needs and organisational goals.
The session will be followed by an informal networking session with drinks, giving you the opportunity to continue the conversation, exchange experiences and connect with other professionals to explore the use of AI within their organisations.
