Welcome to Human House
Human House is Denmark’s leading accredited consultancy specialising in occupational safety and health and leadership. As a privately owned international consultancy based in Denmark, we offer expertise in management, organisational development, and occupational safety and health to both private and public sector organisations.
Since 2012, we have been the Danish certification partner for The Myers-Briggs Company. From 2026, we will expand this partnership to cover the majority of Europe. Our services include – in addition to certification courses in The Myers-Briggs Company’s psychometric tools – professional development, advice on organisational and occupational safety and health development, as well as leadership development.

How can we support you?
Our occupational psychologists at Human House have extensive experience in designing learning programmes and developing users of psychometric tools. Through our dedicated focus on training and consulting, we ensure that you gain a partner who enhances your competencies and supports a safe and effective implementation of insights from our tools in your daily work.
In addition to offering certification in MBTI® Step I, MBTI® Step II, TKI® and FIRO®, we also advise on leadership and occupational safety and health. We do this based on the firm belief that strong leadership and a healthy working environment provide the best foundation for creating successful organisations with high employee wellbeing and satisfied clients and citizens.
Certification across Europe
Currently, we offer certification in both English and Danish, but we are working towards offering certification in a number of other European languages, allowing you to complete your certification in the language that suits you best.

What does it mean that Human House is now a European certification partner?
From 19 February 2026, Human House will serve as the certification partner in the majority of European countries. Training and consultancy regarding tools from The Myers-Briggs Company will now be delivered by Human House in all EU markets, except for Italy (which will continue to be supported by another partner, Giunti) and France (which will remain managed directly by The Myers-Briggs Company).
The partnership ensures you have access to the best in training, certification, and consulting. The Myers-Briggs Company will place a greater focus on developing tools and global support, while Human House assumes responsibility for professional guidance and skills development across the European market.
What does this mean for me as a client now that Human House is the European certification partner for The Myers-Briggs Company?
You gain access to an even stronger advisory environment. Human House is now your main point of contact for MBTI and Myers-Briggs tools throughout Europe. In addition, we can link these personality tools even more closely to our broad expertise in occupational safety and health, leadership, collaboration, and organisational development. In other words, we can support you even better – whether the focus is individual, team, or organisational development.
You will also experience greater flexibility in your choice of tools, access to more certification opportunities, and stronger international coverage, as we now work closely with our new team in London. This gives you access to up-to-date knowledge and consultancy whether your needs are national or international, while maintaining your familiar Human House contact person and service experience.
Who should I contact for professional advice?
From 19 February 2026, Human House will be responsible for all consultancy and professional support concerning The Myers-Briggs Company’s tools. Who should I contact for technical support?
Technical questions about the Elevate® platform, questionnaires, reports, and online resources should still be directed to The Myers-Briggs Company through their support team: support.eu@themyersbriggs.com
Where can I find reports?
Going forward, all reports, digital products, and materials will be available via the Elevate platform. The current EU shop on The Myers-Briggs Company’s website will close, and everything will be consolidated on Elevate to simplify and streamline your user experience.
How do I become certified?
From 19 February 2026, Human House will deliver certification programmes in The Myers-Briggs Company’s tools, including MBTI, FIRO, and TKI. You can register for certification via Human House.
Please note that certification will henceforth be a three-day course supplemented by e-learning. Read more about certification here.
What happens for those already certified in MBTI?
MBTI certification stays with you for life. Therefore, this partnership does not affect anyone who is already certified. You are still welcome to contact Human House for professional guidance and to further develop your use of the certification in your work.
