New strategic partnership: Human House unites European advisory and certification services in collaboration with The Myers-Briggs Company
Human House to lead MBTI® certification and advisory services across the Nordics, Germany, the United Kingdom, and multiple other European countries.
From February 2026, Human House will enter into a new strategic partnership with the global consultancy The Myers-Briggs Company. Through this agreement, Human House assumes responsibility for all certifications and associated consultancy services related to psychometric tools including MBTI®, FIRO®, and TKI® across a broad range of European countries. As part of this collaboration, The Myers-Briggs Company’s London-based team will join Human House, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of Human House’s international presence.
This partnership brings together certification and advisory services in a unified European entity. The initiative provides new opportunities for clients and partners throughout Europe, where Human House will serve as the primary contact point for MBTI and a range of other renowned tools for personal, team, and organisational development.
“The partnership both recognises Human House’s expertise and reflects our strong professional foundation in leadership and occupational safety and health. We look forward to providing these industry-leading development tools to even more organisations across Europe, while further strengthening our consultancy services with international experience and new capabilities,” says Kenneth Ajslev, CEO of Human House.
Enhanced services for European clients
The Myers-Briggs Company is one of the world’s leading providers of psychometric tools, most notably the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®), which is used globally to support the development of individuals, teams, and organisations. Human House was selected as partner due to their high professional standards and holistic advisory approach within occupational safety and health, strategic management, and organisational development.
With this partnership, clients across Europe and Denmark will benefit from an even stronger consultancy environment, swifter access to new certifications, and a more internationally-oriented support structure.
New UK department and international knowledge sharing
With the addition of the London team, Human House welcomes 11 new colleagues, who will continue nurturing close client relationships and strengthen cross-border collaboration, blending Danish and international expertise. Catherine Ellwood, who currently leads the London team, will continue in her role and join the Human House leadership group.
Clients will continue to enjoy flexibility in tool selection and access to up-to-date insights and guidance from experienced occupational psychologists.
Existing MBTI certified practitioners will remain unaffected by this organisational change, maintaining uninterrupted access to support and updates via Human House.
“We are committed to bringing together the best of the Danish and European traditions in leadership and occupational safety and health consultancy. With our strong relationship with The Myers-Briggs Company – and now our new colleagues in London – both our employees and clients will benefit from expanded knowledge, experience, and networks,” adds Kenneth Ajslev.
