What is it really like to be a Feeling type?
Keynote by personality assessment specialist Inge Svane
Inge Svane will open this year’s masterclass with a keynote on the professional challenges in the world of testing. She has worked as a teacher, consultant and therapist for 40 years – 30 of those as an MBTI®-certified practitioner, which proved a valuable investment and led to her role as Lead Trainer at the former OPP (now Myers-Briggs Company), where she was responsible for certification courses in a range of assessment tools.
Inge’s love of psychology has also brought frustrations – particularly with the entire world of psychometric testing, which often seems quite detached from the field itself. This motivated her to found a research group at the Centre for Professional Assessment, with the aim of exploring what exactly we are measuring and how we are doing it. In other words, the project put a spotlight on ethical practice.
This collaboration inspired Inge to conduct a meta-study of a wide range of assessments, followed by a selection process based on strict criteria concerning documentation and alignment with general psychology. MBTI passed this process with flying colours, including an update of key concepts, which has been especially helpful for explaining two of the dimensions: S-N and T-F.
Suddenly everyone understands what is being said – and, even better, using positive or neutral terms supports ethical practice. This is particularly true when it comes to being taken seriously as an “Intuitive” and/or “Feeling type” in organisations both large and small.
Unlocking the power of type dynamics in teams
Workshop by Dr Leanne Harris
This workshop delves into the practical application of type dynamics in team development. It can often be challenging to apply knowledge about type at the team level, but in this session you will receive hands-on, straightforward techniques demonstrating the impact that an understanding of team preferences can make.
The workshop helps team members gain a deeper understanding of what motivates them in collaboration and offers insights into what may be challenging – for themselves and their colleagues.
We explore how type dynamics can reveal what each team member shows outwardly, what remains hidden, and how this influences team collaboration. In addition, you will learn how to use type dynamics to create understanding and define concrete learning points to carry forward after team activities.
The workshop assumes a basic understanding of type dynamics, and you will receive materials making it easy to implement the methods in your teams.

She has worked with MBTI® for over 30 years and, since the mid–90s, has trained many new practitioners. She holds a PhD in typology, with a particular focus on intuition in problem-solving.
This workshop will be held in English.
Group feedback… and then what?
Workshop by Human House
You have delivered a strong MBTI® group feedback session. The atmosphere was good. The insights were spot on. Participants recognised themselves and each other.
But the week after, the question arises: What do we do now?
We all know the feeling of standing at the gap between a successful introduction and lasting behavioural change. In this workshop, we focus on how MBTI® can evolve from a one-off workshop into a shared language, an ongoing practice and a pathway to sustained development within groups and teams.
You will gain:
-
Practical tools for follow-up MBTI workshops that build on group feedback
-
Themes and focus areas that naturally extend the work with type theory
-
Examples of exercises and processes to ensure everyday integration
-
A clear perspective on when MBTI should prompt reflection – and when it’s time for action
This workshop is hands-on, in-depth and designed for certified practitioners who want more than just to explain preferences.
Our aim is simple: to keep MBTI alive and thriving, even after the flipchart has been packed away.
