Human House has partnered with IOSH (The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) to create the IOSH Vision Zero Wellbeing Training Course, a programme designed to equip you with essential knowledge and tools to develop a healthy psychological working environment within your organisation.
The course is tailored for managers, board members, labour inspectors, OSH professionals, auditors, trainers, and representatives of employers’ associations and trade unions.

Course Content
The basic understanding of wellbeing and psychological working environment in an organisational setting. The content of the training course is based on the ISSA Guide: How to Create a Healthy Work Environment and Promote Wellbeing at Work with Vision Zero. Find it here.
The concept of Vision Zero 7 Golden Rules and how they can be applied to wellbeing.
The 7 Golden Rules:
1. Take leadership – demonstrate commitment
2. Identify hazards – control risks
3. Define targets – develop programmes
4. Ensure a safe and healthy system – be well-organised
5. Ensure safety and health in machines, equipment and workplaces
6. Improve qualifications – develop competence
7. Invest in people – motivate by participation

Meet your trainers
Bent has extensive experience in advising on psychological workplace environments as well as systematic and managerial workplace environment efforts.
He mainly helps companies improve wellbeing and mental health at work, and also deals with stress prevention, conflict resolution, and compliance in these areas.
Since 2021, Bent has been working with Vision Zero and is particularly focused on ensuring that companies engage with management commitment, workplace environment organisation, and employee involvement.
As an inspector, Bent has a deep understanding of what companies must do for mental health at work and how potential stressors can be prevented.
Bent is a licensed psychologist and a certified specialist in Work and Organisational Psychology. He has previously obtained his workplace approval from the Danish Working Environment Authority as an authorised advisor in psychological workplace environments. He has extensive teaching experience, both as a presenter and workshop facilitator.
Nicklas is senior consultant and one of our business psychologists.
On a daily basis, he helps small, medium and large organisations improve their psychological working environment. His assignments are widespread, and his portfolio includes stress prevention, help with extensive organisational changes and mergers, management training and much more.
Nicklas is also co-author of the Japanese book ‘Mental Well-being’, where he, together with occupational health and safety experts from around the world, has contributed chapters focusing on how to structure the work with mental wellbeing in an organisation. Nicklas’ contribution is specifically about how a Vision Zero mindset can support the mental working environment in a systematic way.
In addition, Nicklas is certified in the personality tool MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). This certification is used on an ongoing basis to help both employees and management teams understand themselves and each other better to prevent conflicts and misunderstandings and improve communication.

- define the Vision Zero 7 Golden Rules in relation to wellbeing
- identify how each of the Vision Zero 7 Golden Rules can be applied to an everyday setting
- describe the benefits of being systematic, when addressing, and working with, psychological wellbeing at work
- identify the workplace position on the Vision Zero Maturity Scale Model in relation to psychological wellbeing
- identify the correct tolls from the Vision Zero framework to improve psychological wellbeing in their own organisation
