Cancellation

• In case you need to cancel your participation in the course you have signed up for or if you need to reschedule to another course 2 to 4 weeks prior to the course’s start, a fee of 50 percent of the course price is charged.
• In case you wish to reschedule your participation from one course to another from 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course, a fee of 75 percent of the course price is charged.
• I case of cancellation later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course or in case of non-attendance, the full course price will be charged. However, you will have the option of handing over your course participation to another participant from your company provided that you inform us no later than the day before the course start.

Always make sure you receive a written confirmation of your cancellation.

After completing the course, you will receive a course certificate which is used as official documentation for the authorities that you have completed the training. You are therefore required to be present during the entire course.

When registering for the course, you automatically give permission for your entered personal data to be securely stored with the purpose of being able to recreate the course certificate in case you have lost it. A fee will be charged for this. You can always contact us if you wish to have your personal data deleted.

Carrying out the course depends on the number of participants, and we therefore reserve the right to cancel and move course dates.

Billing

If you have a Human House Subscription Agreement, the course discount will automatically be subtracted on your invoice. You will receive your invoice two weeks prior to the course start date.

Compelling circumstances

According to the Danish WEA (Arbejdstilsynet), it is required that you complete the training in the same group. However, should compelling circumstances prevent you from participating, it may be possible as an exception to move your third training day to another course for a fee of DKK 1200,-. It is not possible to move your participation in the first and second training day, instead it will be required that you sign up for a new course.
